Cleaner Center Privacy Policy
Updated: August 13, 2026
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
I. Introduction
Welcome to Cleaner Center (hereinafter referred to as "this application," "we," or "this product"). Cleaner Center is a utility application focused on cleaning up redundant files.
We highly value the privacy rights of every user and always regard the protection of personal information as a core principle of product design and operation. This Privacy Policy aims to explain to you in a transparent and clear manner how we handle your relevant information during the provision of services, as well as your rights and choices.
Please read and fully understand the entire contents of this policy carefully before using this application. If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact us at any time through the contact information at the end of this document. By using this application, you indicate that you have understood and agreed to the terms of this policy.
This policy may be adjusted from time to time according to changes in laws and regulations, product function iterations, or service upgrades. The updated policy will be published on this page. If you continue to use this application after the update, it will be deemed that you accept the revised policy content.
II. Information We Collect
We strictly adhere to the "minimum necessary" principle, collecting only the information essential for providing core services and not proactively collecting your sensitive personal information.
(I) Basic Device Information
This includes device model, operating system version, system language, network access status, IP address, device timestamp, etc. This information is used to adapt to different device environments, diagnose operational anomalies, and ensure service compatibility.
(II) Usage Behavior Data
This includes your clicks on various functional modules of this application, page access paths, function activation frequency, cleanup task execution results, permission granting status, etc. This information is used to analyze function usage and optimize the product's interactive experience.
(III) Third-Party SDK Information
This application integrates SDKs from multiple compliant third-party service providers (such as advertising platforms, statistical analysis tools, etc.). These SDKs may obtain non-personally related information such as device advertising identifiers (such as Android Ad ID, IDFA, etc.), device type, and network environment for advertising placement, performance evaluation, and service stability monitoring. All third-party SDK information processing is subject to their own privacy policies; see Part IV of this policy for details.
(IV) Log Information
When you use this application, the system may automatically record certain technical logs, including access time, function response time, error codes, etc. This information is mainly used for troubleshooting and service optimization and does not involve personally identifiable information.
III. Permissions Requested and Their Purpose
To ensure the normal operation of the cleanup function, this application needs to request the following device permissions. All permissions can be enabled or disabled by you at any time in your device's system settings:
(I) Storage Permission
This permission is used to scan for redundant data such as cache files, residual files, and installation packages on your device, thereby enabling the core junk file cleanup function. This permission is fundamental to the operation of the cleanup function and is only triggered when you actively use the cleanup task. If you disable this permission, the core cleanup service will not function properly, but other auxiliary functions will not be affected.
(II) Application List Permission
This permission is used to identify the applications installed on your device to help you uninstall infrequently used applications. Disabling this permission will limit this function, but will not affect other core services.
IV. Third-Party SDK Information Sharing
To achieve purposes such as advertising display, data statistics, and service analysis, this application integrates the following third-party SDKs. We rigorously assess the data security capabilities of our partners and, through agreements, ensure they process information only for the agreed-upon purposes:
Google Play Services provides basic service support; see its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Firebase is used for data analysis and service stability monitoring; see its privacy policy at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Google AdMob is used for ad display; see its privacy policy at https://transparency.google/our-policies/product-terms/google-admob.
Facebook Audience Network is used for ad delivery services; see its privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
Pangle provides ad monetization services; see its privacy policy at https://www.pangleglobal.com/privacy.
TopOn is an ad aggregation service platform; see its privacy policy at https://www.toponad.com/en/privacy-policy.
The above third-party SDKs may collect information such as device advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and device types, but these will not be associated with your personally identifiable information. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of each third party before using this application to fully understand their information processing rules.
